Enjoy clear water, pristine vistas devoid of crowds and human encroachment: Sreams, rivers and coastlines with abundant wildlife, and above all, great fishing.

Charters, fly outs, and guided fishing are not extra charges here! Even the air taxi charter to and from Anchorage is also included in the trip price. We won’t rent you a boat and leave you on your own in brown bear country. We only ask that you bring your own liquor, waders and personal effects. Our lodge is family owned and operated by local Alaskans with generations of experience in the northwestern fishing and guiding industry.

Our facilities are located where access to the fishing is as logistically uncomplicated as possible and the ambiance lacks the metropolitan feeling of locations such as a downtown motel or neighborhood. This trip is truly for those wishing to temporarily leave civilization behind while still enjoying the comforts home. Though nestled in the mountains of the Chigmet range, the main lodge boasts indoor plumbing in each guest room, full time electricity, satellite internet, carpeted floors and lots of room. Each guest room has its own bathroom, and the weekly roster is normally a maximum of eight people in double and single occupancy rooms.

Thank you again for a great fishing trip! It was on of the best times I have ever had fishing. I also caught my first rainbow and char on the trip. Your hospitality was wonderful, you make life there at the lodge very comfortable. I am still amazed at how much you have accomplished in so little time. I expect only good things in your future.

We could nor have experienced a better Alaskan adventure than this one! The Lodge location was perfect, peaceful and beautiful with a viewing deck to watch wildlife and enjoy the views. The Lodge owners and staff were welcoming, knowledgeable and made us feel right at home. We caught Salmon and Halibut (a lot) and it was packaged and transported to the Airport and arrived in Southern Orange, CA in perfect condition. We saw views of beautiful Alaska from small plane several times, and the sights will not be forgotten…THANK YOU!

In our near 100 degree weather we wish for some of your Alaska drizzle and the chance to wear a jacket! Here are a few pictures for you to remember us by. We all enjoyed our trip very much. We are having a group over in a couple of weeks for a fish supper so I’ll be trying your good recipes.

We enjoyed a 10-day trip to Alaska (our first) to a lodge operated by our old friends from the Idaho back country Norm and Kaye Guth and their son Marty. It rained all but one day of our visit but we caught a lot of fish anyway and got some great pictures of bears.

Boy are we tired from an unforgettable 2 weeks in Alaska!!!!! We are all exhausted and still smiling thinking about all the fishing we did, all the fish we caught (and didn’t catch), all the snags Graham and I had, the octopus Alden caught, the stories Norm told I could go on and on and the kids have telling everyone they see about everything. It was quite a treat to get to do what we did. I think one of my favorite things was catching the Arctic Char on the fly rod and just taking in all the beauty of the country.
