The Lodge
The Guth family has been serving the public as guides and outfitters for over 60 years. Throughout most of the wilderness area in the state of Idaho; and for the past 25 years, much of southwest Alaska, our family has enjoyed making friends from all walks of life in the outdoors. Our first priorities are your safety and comfort. An extensive knowledge of the area and its inhabitance is also a big factor in providing you with a quality experience that will be both productive and memorable.
Our facilities are located where access to the fishing is as logistically uncomplicated as possible and the ambiance lacks the metropolitan feeling of locations such as a downtown motel or neighborhood. This trip is truly for those wishing to temporarily leave civilization behind while still enjoying the comforts of home. Though nestled in the mountains of the Chigmet range, the main lodge boasts indoor plumbing in each guest room, full time electricity, satellite internet, carpeted floors and lots of room. Each guest room has its own bathroom, and the weekly roster is normally a maximum of eight people in double and single occupancy rooms.
