The REEL FAST

Our salt water transportation needs are fulfilled by our custom built, 40–foot, twin engine jet boat, the REEL FAST. Custom built to our specifications, the Reel Fast allows us to fish for halibut, salmon, and other salt water species in safety and comfort. With a 30–knot cruising speed, you’ll be hauling in the big flat fish quickly without the 3 to 4 hour cruise that is normal from the other side of Cook Inlet. All ocean salt water gear is provided including the bait and tackle. But feel free to bring your favorite gear if you have a favorite rod that you just can’t fish without.

Because the salt water port we operate from is high tide access only, you will have a 12–hour fishing opportunity while fishing within a few miles of the St. Augustine volcano. When you hook into that big barn–door halibut, we’d bet that volcano could blow and you wouldn’t notice!
